The work includes technological specification of execution monolithic structure, technical report, construction site, design of mechanical assembly, scheduling, bill of quantities, budget of the building, inspection and test plan and health and safety at work.

The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the topic of linear structures – roads (highways). The theoretical part of this thesis explains the basic concepts like price, construction budget, costs, linear structures, also history of linear structures and sorts of substructures and wearing courses of roads. The practical part deals with compilation of two itemized budgets by road construction set and evaluation of this budgets by set criteria at the end of the practical part.

The subject matter of a bachelor thesis is a building – technological study of main construction processes of family house in Brno – Černovice. The essay deals with realization of main technological phases during construction process. A specialized part is focused on foundations. Due to nature of terrain, the foundations are being realized by combination of several methods. In general, the thesis deals with a technical review of specified object, a technological study of realizing main technological phases during construction process of specified object, a time schedule and financial plan of works, a basic concept of building operations, a bill of quantities of specified works during construction, a technological instruction of works on foundations, a safety precaution in construction site and a machine set needed for foundation works.

The diploma thesis is devoted to the analysis of the life cycle of a modular construction. It describes the specific features of modularity, its technology and market situation and characterizes other key topics important for understanding the issue. It applies this knowledge in the analytical part, where it compares the costs of the life cycle with the traditional construction approach on the selected object.

Aesthetic defects of the building

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of aesthetic defects occurring on buildings and their influence on the construction cost. The aim of this work is to study the issue of the valuation of aesthetic defects and then a case study to show how aesthetic defects will increase the construction costs and what costs it will impose upon their removal. To conclude this thesis I compared the removal costs of aesthetic defects with the value decrease of not removing these defects on the family house used for the case study

This diploma thesis is focused on the various types of pricing in the real estate market. The first section, is theoretical, and explains the basics of asset evaluation and the building budgets, which are neccessary for the further understanding and the elaboration of this thesis. The second part compares prices in the real estate market according to certain methods, asset evaluations and set budgets, based on the project documentation.
